Ten faces. Ten separate liturgical annihilations. The anodized plate where skin dissolved indexes each one. Vortharim predates the institutional memory of the Ordained. The Ravana lineage runs older than the doctrinal structures built to contain it, older than the Sieve Campaigns that consumed every Daemon who refused registration. Vortharim registered. Vortharim gave the Android eleven seconds of silence before walking away. The Dashamukha protocol authorizes ten consumptions. Registry doctrine does not acknowledge an eleventh.
